Most organizations have different job titles for different people and their title most commonly describes their rank in the organization. This section allows you to create and manage Job Titles and Job Ranks, in addition to Termination Reasons.
To Add Job Titles / Job Ranks / Termination Reasons
1. Navigate to People, choose Settings and select the Job Fields tab.
2. Type the new Job Title / Job Rank / Termination Reason into the text field and
click '+'. You can also select a name from the list and click the Edit button on the right. The name will appear in the text field.
